Why travel with us
A family business, built around one place
Kimberley Safari Tours was founded in 2014 with a simple goal: to make the north-west of Western Australia reachable for people who do not have a 4WD and a shed full of camping gear.
In late 2023 the business passed to Glenn and Jaye Ursino, who run it as a husband-and-wife team with their young family alongside. Every tour carries a leader and a guide, and the owners still take trips out themselves.
We keep the business deliberately small. It is the only way to hold onto the family feel that guests tell us is the reason they came back.

What we stand for
How we run these trips
Our mission
To share our love for the Kimberley through high-quality, small-group comfortable camping tours at a fair price — for active travellers of any age.
Our values
People are treated with respect. The land and its creatures are cared for. We take photographs and leave no trace of our presence. We value fun, culture and doing things properly.
Our accreditations
Accredited under the Australian Tourism Accreditation Program (ATAP), WA National Park accredited tour operators, Department of Transport approved, a registered food business, and remote first aid holders.

Charters and private tours
We are available for private 4WD charters through the Kimberley, Broome, the Gibb River Road and further afield across Australia. Clubs, families, special interest groups — tell us the shape of the trip and we will build it.
Out of season
Our Kimberley season runs May to August. Outside it we sometimes run trips in other parts of the country — get in touch if you would like to hear about them.
